How old are these Case knives???

Hi folks,

I never ever really understood how to determine the production year of a CASE knife.

So can anyone of you please help me?

1. a 6185 Doctor´s knife with red jigged bone handle (1 blade)...not pocket worn, right?

2. a 06263 Eisenhower with amber (that´s just my guess) jigged bone (2 blades)...pocket worn, right?

How much do you think can get for them?

the doctors looks like a 2002 and the eisenhower is also a 2000 series but can't pin point becuase I can't see the entire stamp

First 1 is a 2002. Second one i'm gonna guess is a 2001, need to see the complete tang stamp.
