Found these two orphans today begging for a home. I gave in.
And old Queen City and a Robeson that I don't know much about. Stamp on the Queen City is Queen over City. Stamp on the Robeson is Robeson over ShurEdge (in Script and underlined) over U.S.A. Any info you can add will be much appreciated.

Nice looking pair. Is there a pattern number on the Robeson?

Yes, the Robeson is marked either C22056 or 622056. It kind of looks more like 6 instead of C but 6 makes no sense because I believe 6 designates bone handles and they certainly are not that. The handles look kind of like abalone to me but that makes no sense either. Can you help me figure it out?

I believe it should be 822056. The 8 for patterned celluloid. The 056 is correct for the pattern. Charlie is the Robeson guy. Maybe he'll see this and say what he thinks. Nice looking knife in good shape.
