need help with some case knives

need help with some case knives

im gonna have some case knives soon that have pitted blades and some rust around the tang i would like to be able to restore them as best as i can or have them done by somebody that wont do me wrong ive read on here that muskrat man does a good job and has a good name im new here any advice?

Someone posted a tutorial here a few months back. Cannot seem to find it now.
Perhaps someone can remember more than myself.

Welcome to AAPK. ::tu::
I think Kaleb (Muskrat Man) will treat you fair and do a good job. I am not sure what your expectations are on pitted blades, normally that's something that you can't do much about except replace the blades.

thanks for the advice everybody after i posted that i actually found a buddy if mine on here that i worked on the railroad with for years and he does good work and is close by his name is gary claxon anyone know him?

I have seen some of Gary's work and what I have seen is top notch.
An aside, my wife's folks are from Strange Creek WV.

i heard he changed alot when he left the railroad lol!!! no im jokin im glad i ran inti him im gonna aggravate him and have him teach me a few things
