I've got a set of Power Kraft screwdrivers I bought at Montgomery Wards in Baltimore MD in the mid 1970's. Is Power-Kraft an exclusive label of Montgomery Wards or was it an independent brand from that era? OH

Powr-Kraft is to Wards as Craftsman is to Sears as Penncraft is to J.C.Penny's. Actually, these days, that's all "was" instead or "is".
Our Montgomery Wards store closed down years ago. The J.C.Penny's will close soon and our local Sears store is in the process of closing down. ::teary_eyes::

Yep, our last remnants of those establishments just closed it's door..... Our Sears is now history...... shut it's door last month.
Now what?

Thank you Jerry. I've have a few of the many 72 clones. Seems to be a bit of a slippery slope. :)

When the Powr Kraft gets here in a few days. I'll try and remember to post a pic of the few 72 clones I've got. I 'll post them in the 72 thread.

Y’all ever been trolling eBay completely innocently and a knife just jump up and hit the buy it now button on ya before you ever knew what happened? Lol

I think she’ll clean up alright. Solingen Boker jumbo Congress. Not the greatest pics, but good enough. To pull me in.

A couple gifts for myself to offset the imminent pain the POS round table is certain to inflict upon me in short order...

I nearly resisted the 06 run. Nearly. ::facepalm::

On the upside, I now own an 090 stockman finally, and for a steal.

Paul, that's a hard question to answer. As to quantity, no. The 72's still reign supreme. I have more 72's but there are more 07's to have but the price is higher and they're essentially all pretty much the same knife, you're really just buying different handles. It's gotten to the point where I almost never run across a 72 or clone I don't already have. There's a boat load of the 07's I don't have. ::shrug:: I doubt if that explains it.

Padding my meager 06 collection while I still can...

Weird how the blade selections mirror the 18 pattern exactly, huh? Maybe they had a bunch of stuff left over from the 18 run?

Great knives boys!
Here are a bunch that are sloooooowly winding their way up to me here in cold frozen Saskatchewan Canada. All really good ebay deals.
Special Edition Hen & Rooster Diamond Edition 5 Star Stag Bowie with Diamondback Rattle Snake Skin Leather Sheath. Both signed by maker. Super great deal...don't know if i should say how much. You might all get together and hire mobsters to come and hold me up for this one. Hehe.... ::paranoid::
There are a bunch so i'll through them quickly here,
Pearl Handled Winchester Trapper, Doctor, Canoe, and Coffin Jack. All reeeeeally good deal. Never carried and all have original boxes. Only thing wrong the pearl dried out and cracked on em. Heck that's nothin'
At least i'm not the only one going nuts waiting... ::mdm::

No, they came that way. I have one that's similar but it came with a celluloid wrap on the handles. It was deteriorating so I took it all off. This picture is before I got the last of it. Carried it for a while. It's a great little knife.

Me too! I have a thing for stainless scale gentleman's knives. Being as most don't sell for that much, they're pretty easy to quickly accrue a small collection of them. I have 4 or 5 at present.
