Ann,I wouldn't get too excited!zoogirl wrote:Hey! The brown pos is a Richards, I think!
So, I got a text from the guy downstairs. It’s there. First time I’ve wanted to just stay at work.
He has it barricades behind his impressive pile of used pizza boxes. Something about the smells cancelling each other out...
I’m scared.

That single blade looks like what we used to use to scrape the bott fly eggs off of the horses’ legs.jerryd6818 wrote:Picture is finally taken. The pile is not that bad. I've had worse. In fact, I've sent worse.
The big single blade on the left, is that a dog groomer?
That little Waltham split spring whittler cleaned up pretty well. Bone handles and good snap on all blades.
The bare head pearl handle has a sheet of handle missing on the pile side. One from the mark side was floating but some Gorilla Glue re-attached it.
The Barlow has no snap on the main blade. Something for next years POS Roundtable??
The straight razors could be sharpened and used by someone who knows what he's doing. Maybe I'll send them to Owd Wullie.

I really don't appreciate the freezing temps lately but I hope they stick around long enough to hold down any stenchScale Military wrote:Boy what piles

Ann,I can`t tell where your package is from tracking.I know at times they get stuck in the customs quagmire.I have sent stuff to Canada that took 6 or 7 days and times a few weeks.zoogirl wrote:I got a pleasant surprise and a reprieve! The package was three little Richards, all bubble wrapped and cosy and not from Peanut!
I’m still waiting for that one!![]()

Somebody, (who shall remain nameless because I haven’t asked him about it) did me a kindness with the Richards, one of which is a bit rough but probably my oldest to date. Yay! I love ‘em!
Now I wait...I hope the mail carrier is ok...

Hey man with those other stinkers I sent in that box it was the least I could do.tongueriver wrote:Well, I am a little embarassed to say that I sent off nothing but stinkers this time, to someone I never heard of. I hope that's ok; I am a little new to this. I will try to put in something knice, next time. Part of my embarrasment comes from the package I got today, again from someone I never heard of (maybe because no user name?). Along with the usual suspects, Randy R from Asheville put in a brand new in the box red bone CASE peanut. So my face is as red as the red bone, but it won't keep me from coonfingering this little darling; thanks Randy!CASE peanut001.jpg
How about air fresheners? That’s ok, right?doglegg wrote:
*article 19 of Section 234" Placing a deodorant in the package is acceptable only in cases where it is necessary to get through postal regulations.
So to those of you who tried to do good, Don't let it happen again. Carma will get you next year.![]()
