Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............
I am having a bad case of WITHDRAWALS from being able to buy any knives!
January, is a time with taxes due, first of the year expenses and trying to recover from Christmas spending.....
I now look ahead at a SHORT MONTH....., February is a compact month and I know it is only a couple of days shorter but my OCD will not let me overlook a shorter time to get the monthly bills paid.....
I survived January, and although February is just starting, I am sure it will whiz on by without any ill effects. I just need to get my focus back on the Old Timers I am hunting and press forward.
I don't know why, but I just had to say all that.....LOL.
SO.... better watch out..... Mikie is about to be back in "ebay snipe-ing mode"

That's a nice looking knife, Floyd.
That's one pattern I've never owned, don't know why?
In fact I don't recall seeing anyone with one in their hand, maybe it's not a popular pattern in our part of the world.

Oops. Wasn't paying attention to my P's & Q's so instead of buying a Mini-Trapper I bought a 6254 full size trapper. Oh well. It was the Wharncliffe blade I was really after but I wouldn't have bought it if I'd been paying attention to what I was doing.

Just saw your purchase Floyd, and researched your name.

Ya know, Ken. Those don't have a country of origin stamped on them anywhere but I think we can all guess where they came from. $7.30 each in a lot of three ($21.90 for anyone who is mathematically challenged
) with free shipping. I bought them for future gifts and next month, I plan to get other patterns.

In the mail,
Today, Like new Imperial Ireland Apex lockback. Looks to be factory edge, razor sharp. $20.00 cnd. with shipping included.
Monday, NIB Imperial Ireland Apex Med. Stockman. Still has origional vactory grease covering blades and in factory plastic. $22.00 cnd. with shipping included.
These old imperials are way under rated knives, easy to sharpen, hold there edge, razor sharp, cheap, whats not to like.
2 more to add to the edc rotation.
I'm going to start an Imperial thread to show and tell about mine and all yours.
