BreakingNews AL-Mar Sold

Breaking News Al-Mar Sold to Edge Technologies Engineering LLC on 1/13/19. I tried to log on to there site it said can't trust site so? This was posted on Face Book Vintage Al-Mar site . Check it out on Face Book Vintage AL-Mars . Hope This Isn't BS . Suppose to be announced at the Shot Show in Vegas

Gary, What does that mean? Will they move production to China? Not familiar w/ Edge Technologies.

In the past, this has never gone well. Kissing Crane is a good recent example.

And the knives produced by "Edge Technologies LLC" seem to be entirely Chinese made. This particular model uses 8Cr13, which I don't think is used outside of Chinese makers. Which is worrisome. Wouldn't be surprised if they try to make all knives under the same roof in China.
