what make or brand is this ?

can any one help identify this knife. no tang stamps. delrin scales. strange shield shape ? worn 1 side more than other.
good snaps no wobble, holds a nice edge.i use it as a EDC.would like to know what it is ?
maybe some kind of moose or muskrat. with the blades reshaped?

Looks like a stockman pattern that has had the master clip blade removed. Ulster?

thanks wayne. i looked up ulster. the shield ,looks right, and they made a 2 blade, stockman. but with bone covers,maybe mine was the budget version.
i still like ,its a good solid knife for every day use.
