Cattaraugus cleanup

Post by Twhite »

I got this Catt 21479 a few weeks ago. I repaired the handle this weekend. Today I fixed the broken tip and got rid of the chip on the blade. It was caused by an electrical shock I believe.

When fixing the tip I tried to keep the overall length the same. That entailed blending the spine down and blending the tip up.

Thanks. I think I prefer the well used knives. I can clean them up then put them back into service as they were intended. Besides it is just plain cool to fondle old knives.
