What Does Case Call This type of Jigging?
Guys,
I know this is bone but I have no idea what Case calls it. This is a 6347 made in 2015. Is it bone-stag? Maybe 2nd cut bone?
As always, any help is appreciated.
Ray

Thanks, John. Do all Amber Bone handles have this style jigging? Do any of the knives with amber bone have what I'd call the regular style jigging?

I don’t think there is a rule that says all amber bone is peach seed jigged. Now that I think about it most of the amber bone from Case has this jigging. I will have to look at my collection and see if there are other amber bone Case knives that I have that have another type of jigging. I think I have one, but would not be surprised if it is peach seed as well.

All three of my amber bone (a 75, a 47, and an 18) have that jigging.
Take care and God bless,

Ray, I do have an amber bone that is not peachseed jigged. It’s this small 1st production run Congress. I just had to check on this, my OCD wouldn’t let it rest.

Hey,, I have always maintained that OCD is not a problem so long as you have fun with it.
