That's one purty knife Greg Hey about a pic of that Camill-Case 72? That's has some purty bone on it too! And I haven't seen it a while, that was green bone wasn't it? It probably the only Camillus with Case bone handles on it.

Hey Randy ! Glad to oblige. Here is a First Generation Camillus 72 pattern that is actually handled in Case tested era greenbone that came from this Outer's knife that Goldpan AKA Randy Everhart, my good freind, rehandled for me!

I'll agree with you on that Tom. Larry has some patterns i didn't know existed.

Nice knives posted but the handles all look like they are brown to me. Here is my "green bone" entry:a small Hubertus springer with real green handles. Only one I have seen like that.

i like knives , like this
i think the term ,green bone knife, was used . the same as green heart fishing rod.
as in none aged. bone, wood. used.to make the item. not dyed.as some of mine are.
please correct me if i am wrong.
