‘Penny’ knife/fork. Sort of!

It’s not actually a ‘penny knife’ in that the rings don’t actually turn. It’s put together tight enough that the knife stays open quite well. Sharp, too. I think it’s more of an hor’deurve fork though! I guess it would do in a pinch.
Anyway, three bucks at the swap, and I guess it was worth that. It’s actually kind of cute.

I have one of those that has a stamp on it that is pretty much illegible. Interesting and inexpensive.
