What is this knife? What would be the value?

What is this knife? What would be the value? It has PAUL WEYERSBERG & CO SOMNGEN ROSTFREI on the blade. The logo is an oval shape with a sword facing down and greenery around it. It is some type of switch blade that slides out from the front out of the handle. See attached if they are clear you can see the logo on the blade. I am assuming it is some type of German made knife.

It's a gravity-knife, from the WW II era. If it's got a swastika and eagle, it's worth more to the people that like those kinds of things. 20, or so, years ago they were seen occasionally, and had some demand - in the $75 -100 range. Today, I have no idea.
