Old beat up knife

A number of years ago I purchased this knife for $3.00 at a garage sale. It is in very poor condition. I was wondering if anyone might recognize it. The stamp of a castle or something on the blade is a little blurry.

Sorry no names anywhere. I'm not sure what the silver swivel part is called but when I zoom in on it, it almost looks like "rjc" but who knows.

The blurred castle could be the crown of IMPERIAL, I am pretty sure they had a design like that at one time but I am far from an expert.

Thanks but I don't think it's a "crown" it really looks like the tower part of a castle but it has a door on the bottom right of it, 2 windows on the left and 2 on the right above the arched door. The top looks like where the defenders of the castle would shoot from or whatever they did from there. I've managed to get all the blades out and on the rounded pointy blade it almost looks like there might be something written but I can't tell for sure, kind of like looking at clouds, you can almost see anything you want. Thanks for your post.

Here is a scan of the knife with blades out. It's about as clear as I can get it.

Turns out it was made in Thiers France but I couldn't get an age on it or who manufactured it. The outside is supposed to be celluloid which apparently started being used around 1870, does that sound right?
