Schrade M-2 button specs?

Hi all,

I recently picked up a Schrade orange M-2 paratrooper without the button. It may need other parts but I'd like to fabricate a button for it. Does any one have the specs on the button and latch piece?

better off finding a junker to rob a button from, they are a royal pain to make. Eventually I'd like to find someone who can machine the pieces for me in bulk since the supply seems to be getting thin.

I have a parts knife in my store. Here is the link to it if you are interested. https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/ca ... ber_id=306 Everything is there except the spring. Button, slide lock all works. Take a look!

MC1 buttons are not always interchangeable with the M1 or M2 knives.
