looking for assisted opening knife
I'm looking for a good assisted opening knife for my hunting pack. 4 1/2ins can any one help me with one. Thanks Bob

Hi BcBob. I keep a Sog Flash II Tanto TiNi Pt Serrated in my backpack. It's right at 4 1/2". It's tough, super light at about 3 oz. and easy to carry in the pocket when doing chores or hiking in those areas that you might consider questionable. Lots of blade styles to choose from.
You can get them about anywhere. Maybe, even from a member here....

Yes, your Ken Onion designed Kershaw Chive IS an asissted opening knife. It is one of my favorite small knives. Both my wife and daughter also carry one.
