I'm smitten with that whittler doglegg, nice pick-up. I like the blade combo and the clean look of the scales and the shield shape, all good brother. ::tu::

Well, it is here, in my nasty little hands....
The lock back I got from the "stidham estate" guy.
Well, I did clean up the tang just enough to see..... "WATER-VILLE"... and that is all I can see right now.
So, could this be a Waterville cutlery co knife from the 1890 - 1913 time period?

Still........ I like it!

It looks just like Rough Rider's Tobacco Bone or Rough Rider's Tobacco Bone looks just like it. To me anyway. I like it.

This is a 1998 Bulldog Whittler. Half stops on all blades, a bit soft on the master blade. Liking the bone a lot.

doglegg, sweet swell center sheep foot whittler. One of my favorite patterns. Little Valley did it right. And looks like Elephant grain in that scale material too, good score, got one past the ivory Gestapo. Yeah!!!!
I have two of those knives exactly alike Ivoryman. When I got the first one Ivory crossed my mind but I figured that would be too good to be true. I got them both out again and I thing you are right. Grain in both of them. I may of lucked out on those two. Thanks for your input.

Case 1997 Mini-Trapper 6207 SS today. I like these handles. Postal Carrier also delivered a bump-stock for an AK-47 but that was for the guy one block over. Right street number, wrong street. Took it over to him and discovered he's a heck of a nice guy.

Just made a correction to my entry on 9/27. I hope it was obvious I meant to say there were half stops on all blades. But I wrote there were half stops on all bones which would have made for a very weird knife. ::dang::

Garry, in hand it's more of a combination of browns, reds and some yellows thrown in where it was hafted. Very pretty.

That orange Buck 721 Slimline was an SFO for Walmart. The handle has a different profile than the 722 Spitfire and the blade doesn't have a swedge like the 722 Spitfire does. It came in three colors. Orange of course and green and gray.

 More than you ever wanted to know or maybe you already did know all that.

WELL NOW.....
This Boker just walked in that I got from the guy selling the Stidham knives. He put in the BRIEF description.... "punch blade is loose". well here it is and now I know why. He failed to mention one of the SPRINGS WAS BROKEN......

So, now I have to take it apart and make a new spring.
All I wanted to do was a little clean-up and tote it for a while....BUT NOOOOOO... Major surgery ahead.

Y'all can buy from him if you want.... BUT as for me....Stick in the knife and fork.....I am done!
