buying parts

Post by Steamlab »

I've got a bunch of pocket knives that are in need of repair. Can anyone suggest a vendor for parts such as the threaded pins and screws used as spacers and to support various knives? I would like to see how many of these I can get into acceptable condition.

Thank you.

ARRRRGHHHHHH! Why did you expose me to that? Now my Christmas list just got a whole lot longer. I too have been looking to do some repairs and now I have no excuse because I know where to get everything I need.
Thanks a lot

Thank you, Just Bob. I'm going to have to do some studying and pick out a few items to start.

USA Knifemakers is a good company, I have bought from them a number of times.

If you are looking for parts for more modern / Tactical type knives as opposed to traditional slip joints, try knife kits: https://www.knifekits.com/vcom/about_us.php
