I recently accquired these old knifes. If you know anything about them please share.

welcome to the site. the viking was a trademark, e.w. viking usa, of e. wedemeyer. c1932-1934. it is a fishing knife with scaler, blade and gaff.

The ram horn with heavy leather sheath looks to be made by Ed Fowler, a highly regarded maker of custom knives.
In mint condition, it would be very pricy and even in this condition, will be valuable.
He had, or has, an intern named Burke and it could be a Burke.
There should be a set of initials somewhere on the ricasso.

I'm with Ray (Paladin)...

The treatment on the guard, and the pouch, and of course the style, look like Fowler...

I'm sure within reason that is Ed Fowler. You can google him and get info. He is a highly regarded maker and currently an editor for Blade Magazine.
If I'm not mistaken, his mint knives sell for around $2-$3,000.

This is the maker maker on the shotgon shell puller knife. Does anyone know what a value on this one might be?

That is a Boker and it will have a much more down to earth value.
You might want to check on Ebay under advanced search and then check completed listings to see what they are selling for. As a pure guess, I'd say in the $25 to $50 range.

That pattern was popular and common in Italy, where many inexpensive shotguns lacked extractors. I wouldn't call it a valuable knife, IMO.

Just for fun, here is a German Springer with extractors...

You might not find many of the knives with extractors on eBay U.S.A.
More European I'd guess.

ed fowler calls that model "prong horn". shows a pic of one in his book, knife talk, 1998.

Here's an old one with extractors. The only tang stamp is 'MANIAGO'. I think the scales are bone. The one extractor has a 12 on it and the other 16. I assume that is the guage.
