Help identifying this knife?

Found this small knife while cleaning out the garage. Only markings are “USA” on one of the blades. Can’t find it anywhere on the internet. Any idea??

The construction is similar to Ideal's or Providence Cut Co.

I don't think Colonial though

I agree too. Unfortunately there were lots of knives made that were only marked USA, I have several. Or it may have had a name etched on the blade, which has worn off over the years with use and abuse.
