Is that the first factory knife you've toted since being on AAPK? That's a fine-looking Boker, I can see why it fits with your tastes. ::tu::

"Recovery" doesn't even begin to cover it. That's a real looker with some famously good steel, Joe. Quite a unique and attractive knife! ::nod::

That's some fine carbon steel, sir. I see I wasn't the only one who had a hankering for a Colonial Barlow today. ::handshake::

Here's mine, with Kershaw & Case in tow. Who said I don't carry ugly? ::rotflol::

Thanks Tsar Bomba, it's true, Imperial's steel is very impressive.
It took a bit of doing to get the edge I wanted on the blades and that's a good thing.

Nice pairing David, I especially like that wood handled calf roper. ::tu::
I gotta say you guys are all packing some fine knives on the last couples pages of this thread, I'd like to own many just like 'em but have a daughter getting married this weekend so my knife budget will take a hit for awhile. :D Keep the pics coming though, even if I can't have 'em all I still wanna
see them.
Here's just one of the combos I carried this week. GEC 72 lockback in African Blackwood & S&M 69 barlow in winterbottom bone.

Dragging these two old beaters around today.
Trying to give all of them a day out of the storage box.

That would be hard knife to put down. Gorgeous bone on that beauty. What's the make and model?

Thanks my friend, appreciate that. 1941-46 Camillus Cutlery Co. Camillus, NY pen stamp, 2 crossed swords stamp on the main. Sword Brand maybe? Don't quote me haven't had time to look it up, had it less than a week, loved the bones and the age and size so I grabbed it. And the steel is so cool, super easy sharpening thin edge gets to effortless hair shaving, clean and easy. Love this old steel from early to mid 1900s. Good recipe.

GEC 1095 and Buck 420HC today. It was time for my regular reminder of just how "right" the 112 frame feels in the hand, even without finger grooves. Making up for the dinner sliders by turning apples into apple wedges with the Churchill as I sit here.
