Great bones Slinger. Wow. What years were they making them with those kind of bones? Traveling in style you are.KnifeSlinger#81 wrote:I am heading to the rocky mountains for vacation, and this is the main carry that I chose. I don't think I'll be wanting for other knives with this in my pocket![]()

Thanks Iman. Schrade did peachseed bone like this from around the 1920's to the mid-late 1950's.Ivoryman wrote:Great bones Slinger. Wow. What years were they making them with those kind of bones? That's a hard one to beat Dave. Gotta love an Ulster and more especially a barlow.

I've been carrying these two. The large one is a Case Tribal lock with synthetic covers and CV steel. The small keychain knife is a Cold Steel Charm with CPM S35VN steel and Micarta covers.

DM11 I like that moose! I'm thinking about getting one. How is the pull on that one? Some of the reviews I've read said that some are to light of a pull, wich is hard to believe.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
The pull on this one is a little heavier than most I heard about. But it is lighter than I would like on a knife of this size. I would have liked half stops also. That said the action is butter smooth and both blades have great snap opening and closing. I have carried it a lot. My knives see easy duty most of the time these days.Doug51 wrote:DM11 I like that moose! I'm thinking about getting one. How is the pull on that one?
