Just goes to show you if you start out with a good stone and keep polishing, and polishing, and rubbing, and rubbing it. you will END up with a DIMOND.

Fabulous knife and thanks for showing her off.... ::drool::

Nice work, great looking pinless knife ::drool:: ::drool:: . Looks good on that pearl. Filework goes up the blades just right. Makes a nice package! ::tu:: ::tu::

Outstanding knife, MM.

Does this mean that your earlier experience with MOP was a fluke? Have you found a way to work with it without a reaction? How about mammoth tooth or mammoth ivory? Been thinking about that a lot since I went to the custom knife show here in February.

I'm not a big fan of GEC's but if they all looked like this I would have drawers of them..

So, Sunny...

You're telling us you keep knives in your "drawers" ? Ain't that kinda dangerous ?

I was more careful with tthe pearl this time, and didn't have any reaction to it, decided to take the chance and try working pearl once more and I've not had any problems with reactions. I have no problem with tooth and ivory.
