Paul A Henckels melon tester

I just purchased a knife that is stamped Paul A Henckels on the front and INOX on the back. The seller said that this knife was made around 1950-1960. Does anyone know when this stamp was used? I couldn’t find much when I goggled it.

Front and back photos of the knife, open and closed, and front and back photos of the blade tang.
Also indicate the length of knife closed.
