I like the looks of those 2 knives Scott. Nice blade profiles on both of them, good knives to put to work I'd guess. I'll be watching for your review.

Three generations today
My grandad’s Barlow that I received after he passed.
My dad’s Case that he pulled out of his pocket one day and handed to me.
My first slipjoint build.
Guess I will pass these to my son soon.

Indeed, Greg. I’m glad to have a son who enjoys knives. He should treasure them as well.sunknife wrote:Way COOLTony_Wood wrote:Three generations today

Father's day present from my son and daughter-in-law. It is a custom friction folder made by Jeff Mutz. Smooth bone handles with a stainless steel blade. It is 4" closed. Today was a great Father's day!

Carrying this used 4" stag handle Klaas whittler I got on flea-bay last week and a S&M jack in ebony. Still trying to get a good edge on the whittler and need to clean it up a bit. Flushed and oiled the joints so it now has good snap, I like the stag on it. Seller said it was pre 1970, I don't know.

Got these two from Dad yesterday. Been packing the big Solingen Boker today. Might slip the little Camillus 40 in my other pocket for the rest of the day.

I have been carrying this crusty old Schrade/Craftsman 8 OT and Randall 26 quite a bit in recent weeks.
