Thanks woodwalker. I have a Schatt & Morgan File & Wire Sowbelly and a Rough Rider Sowbelly but this is the first Case that I've owned. I didn't take a picture but these things sport a nice fat Sheepsfoot blade which I like.

Yesir they have a nice Sheepsfoot! I use that blade alot to open boxes at work and knock down cardboard. Here are my two. The camel colored one I have had since 2007 and it was actually called midnight black on box. Go figure. The cranberry sliver script was gifted to me by my boss. Good stout users that will last. I bet that Schatt you have is a nice one. I have a file and wire schatt but it's a heavy duty jack. Built like a tank!

Those are nice. I actually like that "Midnight Black" color even though it isn't even close to that. You must have a pretty cool boss too.

Here is a Holley Hobo that came in the mail today.
It's old but in very good condition. 4 7/16"
Great springs and a half stop on the knife blade.

Thanks for looking.

I have received three new-to-me Al Mar knives in the mail list last week, all were circa early to mid-1980s.
Al Mar Falcon-Hawk & Utility III.jpg
The large yellow handled one is the Falcon and the smaller yellow handled one is the Hawk. I think they're both going to get extensive pocket time, especially if the Hawk because it's a great fit in the watch pocket of my jeans and believe it or not the old Al Mars of the 1980s were sharper than Kershaw sharp!
It is hard to believe that the micarta handles were once white, or close to it. They are made with the old GE white paper micarta that for some reason yellows like ivory with age. They have never been able to duplicate the old white GE micarta.

The bottom knife with the dark wood handle is the Al Mar Utility III. That came unused in its box.
I have a smaller version of that knife that I bought in the mid-1980s. I think the one I bought was the Utility I or II.

It's been a while since I've had anything of note to post here. My mail lady still isn't used to getting picked up and hugged. ::ds::

Doug, that is an awesome display of colour and diversity of cutlery. I would be happy to own any or all of those.
Do i detect some H. Williams fingerprints there?

This knife is a recent purchase and it has raised a few questions as to its origins.
It is a Limited Edition for what. Who did the artwork as it doesn't look like the usual suspects.
I have never seen that sort of artwork and scrolled bolsters before.
Can anyone shed some light on this knife for me please.
Tony.

Greg did you include a safe in that big room you added to your house to hold all your knives? The first and the last are my picks but I can never turn down a whittler. You did good.
