Those are marked "Inox Albacete" which is I believe a knife making center in Spain similar to Sheffield in England or Solingen in Germany. I too have had those for many years. They were given to me by one of my customers whose cars I had striped.kenb wrote:Knife7knut, what are the 2 black handled OTF knives all the way on the left hand side in the middle facing horizontal. I've owned a knife that looks like one of these for about 40 years and never did know much about it. Mine has writing on the blade that is almost illegible. It appears to be some name over INOX.knife7knut wrote:Last year

Adventure BEFORE Dementia!
Re: Automatics
Just came from the doctor just to pooped to take any pics of the super rare stuff. Here are some rarer pieces I had done these lousy photos and just happened to pick the right floppy. It is a small display with a German Bazar combo 32 cal and switchblade around 1900. Also a french pearl stilleto they were sold in Cuba before and after the spanish american war. with the ad. Also a revolutionary war hand forged earred knife supposidly from the revolutionary war the blade tip is a bit bent the story from the owner was that it got that way from a british soldiers ribs at bunker hill the guy swore it and his family has the pedagree for it to be true. The earred knife is not an auto but I thought interesting since it was in the group of pics. There is so much more old english, flintlock with auto blade spanish stuff oddballl military prototypes. just to much for right now I am going to take a nap, By the way the blade would be easy to straighten but over all these years it never was I showed it to Dave Swinden and he told me to leave it alone.
