Re: Automatics
Here is my attempt at collecting some of the cheapest automatics on the planet...
Starting in the upper-left and going counter-clockwise:
1. Lightning Out-the-front double-action
2. Ganzo/Firebird F7582AL w/ black aluminum handle
3. Ganzo G7211-GR w/ green G10 handle
4. Ganzo G7361-WD2 w/ black wood handle
5. "Milano" 9.5" Stiletto w/ green pearlax handle
6. 7.75" Leverlock Stiletto w/ black wood handle
7. "Mini Joker" w/ Silver aluminum handle
8. "Mini Joker" w/ black aluminum handle
9. "Barlow" w/ imitation MOP handle
All of these were made in China. The Ganzos came from Fasttech & Gearbest, and the rest came from http://www.directknifesales.com/

Re: Automatics
I bought the little "Barlow" with the imitation MoP because it is "California Legal" (blade under 2"), however, because it doesn't have a lock and has a very strong spring and hair-trigger exposed button, it is the one knife that I absolutely refuse to carry. The blood-thristy little thing has almost bit me a couple of times just getting it out of the box! So, this is an example of our knife-laws at work: the "legal" knife is completely unsafe to carry, while all the other knives that are perfectly safe to carry are forbidden!

Re: Automatics
Knife7knut, what are the 2 black handled OTF knives all the way on the left hand side in the middle facing horizontal. I've owned a knife that looks like one of these for about 40 years and never did know much about it. Mine has writing on the blade that is almost illegible. It appears to be some name over INOX.knife7knut wrote:Last year
Thanks, Ken
