Got this one last week and no buyer remorse here. Was a buy it now on e-bay and the bone handles, shield and condition are what caught my eye.
After I ordered it and while it was in the mail I looked in the Fight'n Rooster thread here and found pictures of this knife posted here a few years ago by the seller, a member here. He sure stored it well and kept it in pristine condition, I think it will end up a safe queen while in my possession as well.

Postman just dropped this off. A Queen 06L Teardrop with Birdseye Maple handles. The knife looks better in person. This is the first BEM that I bought and probably the last. The BEM just doesn't do it for me. I love the pattern and the blade they used but wish they made one without a linerlock. Fit and finish is very good and they used D2 steel. The Queen teardrop pattern is one of my favorites. It feels great in the hand.

What is that etch on the main spear of that Delrin Case Barlow?

Any shots of those two Schrades (108OT?) with stamps visible?

Nice haul!

Thanks Grant ! There were two other bone harness jacks ending about the same time as the ebony one that I got so maybe that whittled the competition down in my favor. :D

Thanks pal! ::tu:: What about the one to the right in the first pic, with the long pull? Can we see the stamp? I think it's the same model.

I suspected the Barlow would go quickly. Finding any kind of full-bladed Case spearpoint Barlow older than 1975 or so is like finding hen's teeth.

Made an antique mall run today for the first time in a couple months. Found this folder(likely Chinese made but not stamped as such)with the name,"R.Shackelford" etched on the blade in diploma text(a form of Old English)for $3.
Second was a small size Robeson Shuredge No Rustain carving set for $7.Nice horn handles.Might be my new eating set for awhile;knife is about the size of a normal steak knife.
