C. Platts Large Sleeveboard Whittler

Post by Another Knife Collector »

I know very little about the newer releases like this, who made it and who'd they make it for? Looks like a Case family brands? I've seen a nearly if not exactly identical knife with a Winchetser/bluegrass stamp, I thought those were made by Queen? And what makes a Case Classic? Is this one? All these names have me very confused, any help is appreciated. Stamp is C Platts' Sons Eldred, Pa opposite side is 1992.

A dull knife is like an empty wallet, no need to carry it.
