Hi zorro. This knife pattern was common from the late 1800s through the first few decades of the 20th cent. Knives like these were included in the gift boxes sent to the British troops during WWI. My understanding is that they were not officially GI so no Broad Arrow stamp. I am not 100% sure of this and would like very much to be shown otherwise. I hope this helps

Hi sunburst, glad you like it. handles are honey colored with a beautifull sheen, photos don't show the depth of color. Got my new camera working, need to learn how to use it!
