Titusville Cutlery Co. Pennsylvania

Well a nice addition to the knife world was introduced by Queen Cutlery recently "Titusville Cutlery Co." their newest trademark.

The "King Cotton" sampler is the first release using this trademark. Here are 3 of the 4 samplers made. 1 of 40 Abalone, 1 of 70 Worm Groove and 1 of 70 Stag. They also made a 1 of 70 Winterbottom that I have not received at this time. I really like the box design and the idea of a new tang stamp...

Well Sunburst, I had a feelin you might be pickin those babies up when I saw them the other day. They are well done for sure and I also love the new boxes and design. I think those are the best I have ever seen Queen produce.

Thanks guys I appreciate your kind comments, I feel fortunate to own the first set released in the Titusville name. Bill Horn told me that his store Cumberland Knives and Smokey Mountain knife works are going to be the only outlets that will carry this new brand name.

He also said that Queen hopes to release 4 to 6 sets per year in similar handle material but in his opinion they will have a difficult time because of the QC work load and orders on the books. I am curious to see what may be next...?

Oh and I totally agree with tank that Bill Horn is one of the very best to deal with on the net, great service, great guy!!...After Forensic Jim of course...

I like the abalone handle. I keep wondering if the pressure we put on the abalone fisheries is going to make them hard to come by in 10-15 years? Great looking knives though!!!!!

I love everything about these knives except how the K in the King etch goes up into the swedge. I wish they would've used a smaller font.

It sure does make it hard to photogragh I can vouch for that..

For the man who has them all, Sunburst what is the difference between the shatt&morgan, titusville,&northwoods cotton samplers two of them come from queen and they all look alike to me am I missing something or are they the same knife with different shields & etchings.
