Byrd Knives

Post by calico jack »

I ordered a Byrd line (Chinese Spyderco) Cara-Cara, and was pleasantly suprised by the fit, feel, and quality :P . Does anyone else carry one of these knives?

calico jack, it seems to me that there is a flood of knives showing up and originating from China and India. My experience with these knives comes down to quinch and temper of the steel. Some examples look great, but the steel will not hold a decent edge.

I simply asked a question to get a response from fellow members. It looks like I got a response with much, much attitude. I really supposed that since most opinions of Chinese made Rough Riders put them on a pedestal with some USA blades, opinions would have been more to the positive. I really did get this one wrong. I'll reserve my opinion on most subjects by not posting anymore. Good-bye

Please forgive me. My intent was not intended to offend anyone and though I have opinions, I do not have an attitude. A forum is a place of conversation with like minded people. If it pleases you, calico jack, I will not respond to any more of your posts, but there are many who would value your input. Again, I appologize.
