Ever notice how they always include a creative alibi-story: Came from a local estate here in Tennessee some years ago with alot of other rare knives.

darby, I've noticed this myself. The advertising is very funny on ebay. It seems that practically everything came from an "estate" or was found in Grandpa's underwear drawer lying under Grandma's great grandmother's quilt. Instead of just describing the item they have to sell, they have to "embellish". I've thought about it quite a bit and I bet it does help their sales some. Some people just see those word's and must think everyone on the planet is honest and sincere. But funny just the same.
