bdev, No I always pass on celluloid. It is a composition of some type. Not sure precisely what it is.

Finally got a trade worked out, and ended up with a gec 48 in pickle green bone. GEC's close copy of the schrade style of trapper is very evident, so good on them for that. Schrade did actually make a single blade trapper, the walden 124, but I only have the two blade to compare.

Santa arrived early today, all the way from France no less. He left these two Sheffield ones: a Saynor boat-tailed budding knife in the original box and a Joseph Rodgers & Sons ink eraser. The eraser's handle is the real deal (the seller referred to it as "creamy white animal product") and it still has the gold embossed blade cover.

This little baby showed up today. A Case Sway Back Gent. I had one of these, sold it, regretted it, then bought this one.
Got it from one of our own from the AAPK store.

QS, Your Bulldog 4 blade Utility knife has 2007 on it which i believe is the year it came out. The "First Gen" ended in 1985 or there about.

Joe, i have never heard of "Kendal", so i checked LG4. It's rare for sure, made circa 1948, i.e. one year only. Says connected to American Knife Co. but it closed in 1911, so i don't understand the connection.
Thank's for showing us.

Aye laddie. :D

They did a darned good job of emulating Exterior Rams Horn. I had to look real close before that little niggling in the back of my brain cage proved to be a reality.
