Keith,
Looks like y'all had a fine time. Y'all didn't have to pluck all them critters, did you?

I've been to a few places and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Tomorrow more pheasant and then duck hunting.

Keith, looks like everything is hitting just right for you - nice hunting! Good luck with the next day's hunt. OH

Scott,
Them boy's are missing time on their electronic devices while they're out there in the woods.
The middle picture is a neat way to make shavings for kindling.
Must be a piece of Juniper commonly known as an Eastern Red Cedar, pretty aromatic wood!

LOL....Philip.
The one boy turned down an opportunity to go to Busch Gardens so he could go on the mission!!!!
While they love it, I'm gonna pile it on and keep it coming because one day I'll be playing 2nd fiddle to a girlfriend(s)!!

These missions give me confidence that your boys are going to negotiate the challenges of life with far greater balance than many of today's youth.

Duck hunting for a few days on Currituck Sound. Got into them pretty good yesterday, slower today. The Browning Auto-5 and the Buck 102 got a good workout yesterday. OH

Cool and damp this morning, open water blind, first two ducks circled a few minutes ago. Blackheads, retrieved by Sadie. OH

Hogslayer, looks like your kids are really enjoying themselves being outdoors with you hunting and fishing! Great stuff buddy. Back home now getting ready for Christmas visits from our adult children and significant others - no grandchildren yet to take afield. OH
