I shouldn't need a dentist with all these Northwoods toothpicks. Handles include, Stag, Moose, Red Jigged Bone, Ivory, and Impala Jigged Buffalo Horn.

Black beauties are all Northwoods Impala Jigged Buffalo Horn. Left to right: Slim Jack, Large Trapper, Large Toothpick, Scagel #8, and 2 Blade Hunter.

One of my reasons for posting these knife photos is because there might be others curious about the full range of Northwoods’ knife handle material. I have been collecting for just a few months and have found that comparative lists of knife models and handle material are hard to find. One good way is sharing information like this. I have appreciated the willingness of those producing, selling and collecting knives to share their knowledge.

I like the Northwoods because of the fit and finish and quality of the knives. Also they are good size. No pen knives or Copperheads. I'd like to find a complete list of Northwoods. Problem is I don't think even Dave Shirley knows what all he's made. Some time I'll make a complete list of all the Northwoods I own. Another reason I have a bunch of them is because Jim Davidson and Bill Horn are good salesmen. I've bought some from others too.
