Need some help identifying one of today's purchases

Four blades, black jigged composition handles. Unmarked shield, no tang stamps or numbers.
Good solid knife, I plan to carry it in my saddle bags when I ride my horse but this darn knife addiction makes curious about its origin.

Testcase, look on E-bay, item#300190750912. It's a Sword Brand. Looks quite abit like yours. Don't know 100% if this is what brand yours is though. ::shrug::
A dull knife is like an empty wallet, no need to carry it.

Sure looks close Duffy! It looks his screw driver blade is snapped off, and my third blade is ground down, but the size and materials sure look corret.

I agree with Camillus as the maker, may have been a Sears knife.
