Knife Roll/Pouch/Case

As most of you know I'm in and out of the hospital alot. I don't have a very secure home safe and I love to display my knives so a saftey deposit box is out. So what I'm looking for is a roll or pouch that I can put my customs and highend factory knives (say 12-18 knives) in and carry with me to the hospital. I would want to make sure they didn't rub bolsters or clack together.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Anthony I use a knife holder that's black and the sections are hard and unfold to open it up. It's nice and compact and holds quite a lot of knives. I don't have any, but I'll see if I can track one down and let you know where to get one. I like mine because nothing touches anything inside there. I think it was inexpensive, around $10.00. The only drawback with it is that really thick knives don't fit in the elastic holders.

you can load a knife roll and secure the roll in an unused large coat in your closet in your home. not at the hospital.

I sold insurance for 30 years. A lot of my policy holders were older ladies and they had a problem with their jewelry being taken out of the drawers when they were sleeping. Could have been room mate or visitors ?

I would think twice befor taking your knives to your room.

I couldn't agree more with Justold52. Valuables have no place in a hospital. Maybe you can have a family member or friend hold them for you. That person could bring them in for a visit, so your knives don't go through withdrawals or separtion anxiety.

I have heard horror stories myself.

I have an uncle thats an avid collector i could leave them with or hide them in my house. But i still need a nice roll.

I just bought one off of our very own J. Farmer. It hasn't arrived yet but I have heard only rave reviews about them. They are a Hickory Hills roll. They sure look good on his site. Kelley

YEP, They are really nice and very professional quality. From the handle to carry them, to the inside and outside, they will take a lickin and keep them chickens.

I can even fit some Etoes in this roll and we all know what bigguns those are. They're great.

Got my Hickory Hill Knife roll in from James today and it's quite a roll! Different sized elastic bands to hold different sized knives. Very soft material on the inside next to the knives, Pliable leather on the outside with sturdy straps for closure and a nice carrying handle sewn into the Roll. A+ James! Thanks a lot, Kelley
