BULLDOG BRAND CANOE WITH 2 SPEAR BLADES

Post by tnkingfish »

Has anyone seen a canoe like this with 2 spear blades instead of a spear/pen?

I never have. In fact, I've never seen any Canoe with 2 Spear Blades. That doesn't necessarily mean that one can't be authentic though. I've seen knives that I thought for sure were faked but turned out to be real. I would exhaust all reasonable efforts until you know for certain.

I'm pretty sure of its authenticity, I was able to find this one on this site under bulldog 4th gen. (only other one I've been able to find).
I was mainly wondering if anyone new if it was a special order or if anyone had seen any others like it?
Magicians Canoe
This is a 3 ? inch closed 2 blade Canoe. This knife has the Standing Dog 1996 Tang Stamp. The blades have no etch and are identical Spear blades. 1 blade is engraved with 1 of 7. The handles are Waterfall Celluloid on one side and Abalone Celluloid on the other. Both sides have the Dog Head Shield. This knife was made in 1996 and only 7 were made. This was the beginning of the Fourth Generation.

You may want to post this down on the Bulldog furom.Olderdogs1(Tom) and some others know their Bulldogs history pretty well.
