Queen Master Cutler Series

What is the handle material that Queen used for its Master Cutler 5th edition knives? I bought a Queen-made easy opener farmer knife on ebay a couple of weeks ago that has "Master Cutler 5th Edition" deep-etched on the blade. I can't tell whether the handle is polished stag, second-cut stag or slightly torched white smooth bone though. It seems to have qualities of all three, which is of course ridiculous.
