No MFG. Name on these guys.
Both have "Flip-Over" adjustment for large to small nuts.
The nut picks were obviously a Christmas gift to Jeannette from mid to late 1800s.

19th century moustache comb!
Ivory handles, shield, and pseudo hallmarks on a nickel silver comb blade. It walks and talks just like a pocket knife
Let's see'em if you got 'em

Re: Not Necessarily A Knife
This is something a little more modern but not a knife made by Schrade under their Tradesman brand of tools.
It's called a T-Bevel Plus.
This one isn't necessarily a knife, but it does include one in the handle.
I found this to be the most handy putty knife in my toolbox.
It comes in two different widths and is one of my favorite tools for patching sheet rock.

Exactly right Charlie, the blade pops open just like a switch blade knife.

Ray, around here those make great chum grinders. Fish guts, heads, carcasses frozen in mesh bags and hung over the side for sharking and Mahi. J.O'.

Re: Not Necessarily A Knife
Can't remember just when I bought this. Price on the box, new, was $7.25 so it must be in the 80's. I don't use it because it looks like something I could remove the skin of my fingertips using. Wonder if they're still offered? J.O'.

Re: Not Necessarily A Knife
When the farmers almanac read it was hog butchering time grandpa would put the pork up . I spent a lot of hours turning the crank on a meat grinder making that sausage ! Dried red pepper and sage from last years garden. For seasoning . Make my taste buds water just thinking about how good it tasted at breakfast time .knife7knut wrote: ↑Mon Nov 05, 2018 2:43 am Not a knife but it has rotary blades. An old L.F.&C. food chopper.
