That`s a new one on me Joe.I have seen and have had a couple Ohio Cutlery Co.Massillon,Ohio and they also used the O.C.Mfg Co.Massillon,Ohio mark.There was also a Massillon Cutlery Co.for a short time.Both according to Goins pre-dated American Pocket knife Co.
Massillon is basicly a suburb of Canton and was quite a center of Cutlery Mfg.
