Ostiso Finedge

Solingen Germany. I could Shave with this. As usual I know nothing about this! Inside the Oval on Both Tangs it says Ostiso Finedge and underneath following the curvature of the oval Solingen Germany. Would you Gents describe it for me. Thanks
