old buck knives stones
delete if its not ok .....I was going threw my stock room from my gun shop and and came across an old box in the corner with a bunch of new in the cellophane buck knives stones in wood boxes they are 135 washita stones and 135 hard Arkansas stones from most likely when my dad still owned the shop ...i hope this is an ok question for here as it is a knife forum but its kinda related

I'm no expert, but I would say yes. To find market value I would search completed listings on ebay. There are two being auctioned currently starting bid is 20 bucks. A posting of pics would be great.

Jeff - welcome to the forum! We have had a few threads devoted to sharpening stones. Regarding the value - I would not get my hopes too high. I have got some very nice wood boxed Arkansas stones off Ebay for $15 to $30. I have no specific knowledge of the value of Buck Stones. How about a photo or two with the dimensions?

There are folks who collect sharpening stones and others who use them but like having several. (I think I'm in the latter category.)
If you're interested in selling them I'm sure some of the folks here would like a shot at buying them.
