Do you have a clear pic of the stamps ???
Pommels are squared off
I have saw those pommels on tested era 1920-40
stamps and on 1940-64 stamps
Cannot tell ya for sure if they are tested era till I see the stamps

stagman....BOTH ARE TESTED XX ERA,the 8 3/4"sheath has the case tested xx button on its original sheath,the small unused mintl 6",ive been through 3 books and all point toward it being the m5finn/tested xx era....YOU CAN ENLARGE AND VIEW BOTH IN MY POST UNDER KNIFE RELATED Q & A ON THIS SITE,IT IS LISTED UNDER CASE TESTED XX FIXED BLADE ID HELP PLEASE,hope this helps,thanks Dave
