knife date

says tom cleff &co germany on the back it says lion cutlery with a lion on it..
all 4 blades are stamped one is broke
just trying to get an idea of a date on it...

I believe the name is Vom Cleff and Co. and they were a wholesale importer located in New York.Levine's dates them from 1887 to around 1930.
