Awesome Imperial Knife!!

I came across these pics of this Imperial knife that I had taken off ebay some time ago...I believe this is the most BEAUTIFUL Imperial that I have ever seen!!!

and deserves a second look at!!!!

Does anyone have any knowledge of were some one could find one of these or any info at all ??

Johnnie,
It is clearly one of their older knives, back before the shell handle knives took over their production. It has features you'd never see on a later pattern and it is a dandy.

As to where to find it, I'd set up an automatic search on the Bay and check out every show I went to.

Interesting knife, I've seen those handles on Imperials before, they were called spider web for obvious reasons.

I used to really collect Imperials and in the old days they made some really quality knives. I've seen them with milled liners, the works.

The interesting thing to me about this knife, other than the fact that it's the first balloon pattern Imperial I remember seeing, is the huge long pull. I've seen one like it on an old Colonial but not on an Imperial.
