HI!

glad you could post to the forum. The people on here really like this sort of thing. You have an early Case family knife. Pearl is always an extra, but it appears from the photos that the blades have seen a lot of wear and tear. Of course it was bought to use not collect. Not sure from the pictures if the handles are cracked or not. This would subtract from the value as well. I would venture to say that it has far more value being it was your fathers than resale. You can ebay of course and it will bring some $$$, but in that condition it wouldn't be a whole lot. Others I am sure will chime in on this. Thanks again for the photos. Wipe it down and give it to your grand children. It is nice considering it could well be over 100 years old. ::tu::

Nice to see a MOP handled CASE thats been used-many weren't [or used little] especially the smaller ones since they were often bought as gifts and Sunday go to meeting items carried in the suit then placed in the dresser at the end of the day.
That one sure wasn't. I EDC a MOP handled 54 so appreciate yours.
Value will be tough to decide-Myself? I'd keep it in the family-it is of one of the oldest CASE lines and is of the best materials but well used.
Throw it on eBay and you'll find out what someone thinks it is worth.
