Case 6347 HP

I recently acquired a Case pocket knife model 6347 HP. I see that model number listed from 1940 up to 1979. Other than the handle color which with only having one, I can't really say what it is, is there any other way to determine which year I might have? It's "brand new" and never had a stone to the blade.

Pictures of the knife will help Tom, if no camera, the tang stamp will help, printing on the blade were it meets the handle.

Tom if you go to research at top of page, you can research the dating of a Case Knife, hope this helps you out
